29th Annual Golf for Kids Tournament
We’re excited to welcome you back for the 29th Annual Golf for Kids Tournament! This year’s event will take place at KenWo Golf Club in New Minas on Friday, June 12th.
The tournament features a shotgun start at 12:30 PM and includes 18 holes of golf, two carts per team, a BBQ rib supper, and prizes for all participants. Team registration is $600, with space limited to the first 36 teams—sponsors receive priority entry.
For nearly three decades, this tournament has raised approximately $750,000 in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Annapolis Valley and the Rotary Club of New Minas Sunrise. These funds directly support mentoring programs for youth across Annapolis, Digby, Kings, and West Hants Counties, as well as local initiatives like breakfast programs and community pantries.
This event is made possible through the dedication of volunteers and the generous support of sponsors and donors. While registration fees cover event costs, the majority of funds raised come from sponsorships and on-course fundraising activities, including prizes and silent auction contributions.
