Jessica joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Annapolis Valley as a student in May of 2012 to complete her Social Services placement.  After demonstrating great enthusiasm, skill, and dependability she was offered a casual position with the agency to deliver group programs.  She was then hired in September 2012 as a full time Mentoring Coordinator and is responsible for matching and supporting our Bigs and Littles.  Jessica lives in Centreville with her partner and 2 children.

Tracy is our newest team member, having joined us in August of 2017.  Tracy is our Fund Development Associate and is responsible for organizing our fundraising activities.  Tracy is an active member of her community, often volunteering with other youth serving organizations.

Jonathan has been with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Annapolis Valley since November 2009.  He joined us as a temporary staff member to help us achieve accredited status with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada.  Upon completion of his contract in July 2010 he became a permanent part-time staff member to provide support and assist in program development.  Jonathan moved to Nova Scotia in 2005 from a small town on Prince Edward Island and currently resides in a small community outside Halifax.  He works full time for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Halifax, and sits on a number of regional and national committees supporting the work of BBBS.  His background as a Child & Youth Worker with more than 15 years of experience working with youth brings considerable knowledge to the organization.
